LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ENTRY LEVEL – ADVANCED)

Job Classification: Full-time Seasonal with potential for year-round work
                                 40 hours per week (March – November)

Rate of Pay: $10-$28 / Hour: DOE

OVERVIEW:
The landscape Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing predetermined services and high-end customer service to our client base.  Our Maintenance team provides a wide variety of landscaping services form residential turf care to prescribed burns for native eco system restoration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe manner
• Operation of light to medium equipment
• Deliver high-end customer service to all clients
• Keep all tools, trailers, and vehicles clean and organized
• Irrigation installation and repair
• Perform general landscape maintenance including but limited to planting, transplanting, watering, pruning, digging, weeding, mowing, mulching, spring and fall cleanups
• Perform General hardscape installation and maintenance procedures 

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to work well with teams 
• Positive attitude
• Basic weed and Noxious plant knowledge
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work in outdoor environments
• Valid US driver’s License 
• Previous landscaping experience a plus
• Experience operating skid steer and mini excavator a plus
• Plant and tree identification experience a plus
• Pesticide applicators license a plus
